工作职责

?维持与审计项目负责人以及相关客户的定期沟通，主动交流业务进程

?负责审计项目中的损益表和资产负债表的中小会计科目

?检查客户银行账户和固定资产,确认审计客户的员工和供应商记录

?为各类客户提供专业的审计支持工作，必要时根据项目需求出差

?审查客户的帐目,协助完成客户的财务报告

?与客户协商解决其他复杂的业务问题

经验和能力

?五年/两年或以上大型会计师事务所工作经验

?中国注册会计师考试通过/2门或以上

?优秀的中英文书写及沟通水平

?较强的分析能力和解决问题能力

?良好的人际交往和沟通能力

?敏锐的商业触觉，能够从商业交易活动中洞察出审计问题

?积极主动的工作态度和优秀的团队合作水平

?灵活应变，能够同时处理多项工作

Audit Manager /Assistant Manager

Respoibilities

- Prepare Audit financial statements and group reporting packages

- Keep up to date with KPMG’s product and service offerings and identify sales opportunities within your client base

- Work on other assurance engagements such as review engagements, SOX engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and engagements relating to the reporting accountant for initial public offerings

- Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training

- Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables

- Act as the audit managein-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit

- Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement

- Draft the planning and finalisation memoranda for internal use, and for communicating to clients

Experience

-5 yea2 year working experience in accounting firms

- CICPA qualified accountants/ with at least two yea relevant industry audit experience

- Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial traactio

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese with reasonable command of English Team player with the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure

- Socially confident with good diplomacy and organisational skills

- Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
