Traactio Services is a dedicated team of professionals providing financial due diligence assistance, valuation and other deal support services. We provide traaction advisory support for inbound, outbound and domestic sell side and buy side merge, acquisition and other traactio. Our clients include financial ititutio, private equity firms, multinationals, as well as China and Hong Kong SAR public, private and state-owned enterprises.

Respoibilities

- Lead or contribute to due diligence and other traaction advisory engagements in China

- Participate in activities which are beneficial to the growth and development of the practice

- Willingness to travel essential

Experience and Knowledge

- A minimum of three to five yea accounting / audit or finance experience with a major CPA or commercial firm. Candidate with big four audit or traaction service background is preferred

- Traaction experience in executing financial due diligence or any other M&A advisory services would be advantageous

- Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills, with a technical accounting focus

- Able to demotrate experience in managing projects and engagement teams

- Good written and verbal presentation and communication skills

- A team player with high levels of enthusiasm

Education and Professional Certificatio

- A degree holder and a professional accounting qualification

- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and written Chinese is essential
