Position
summary
· Assist National
Provider Network Manager to accomplish team target and other tasks.
· Define analysis
reports for network development, network optimization, network performance,
external cost and client request.
· Respoible for Group
reporting.
Position Accountabilities
Assist
National Provider Network Manager to
accomplish team target and other tasks. Prepare analysis report according to
network development, network optimization, network performance, external cost
and client request.
· Define team objective plan with Superior and assist to achieve the objectives and other
additional tasks.
· Define network development
and optimization plan and monitor the implementation.
· Define external cost
control report to monitor the external cost.
· Define monthly KPI
reports and management approaches to improve network performance.
· Tracking complaint
handling process.
· Respoible for
provider handbook and newsletter.
· Update provider management documentatio.
· Formulate report templates and action plan
according to client request.
· Analysing network performance
report, and work with relevant departments to present and implement
improvement measure and solution.
· Respoible for group
reporting.
Required
Qualificatio
· Degree or diploma holder in data analysing or other related fields.
· Proven track record in automotive or other
related industry could substitute for physical qualificatio.
· Demotrated ability to grasp and comprehend
concepts quickly and maintain awareness for industry trends and standards.
· Good at on edition words. Good skill in using of
all type of office software.
· Good communication skill and team work in spirit.
· Fluent Mandarin, local dialect and Fluent English
are essential.
