职位宗旨:
To achieve sales target, profit margin and enhance market share, under guidance of company business direction and product strategy. The applicant will assist the relevant Sales and Marketing promotion and activities for the whole Area, and assist the colleagues in the same department, supervise and accomplish anything relevant required by Head Office Management and Area, enhance department performance and improve service quality.
为了完成区域销售额、利润率并提高市场占有率,在区域的经营方向和产品战略的指导下,负责协调区域市场活动、协助本部门同事的工作,并为区域各分公司提供服务和支持,同时贯彻、督促各分公司执行总部和区域的要求,从而提高部门绩效,完善服务质量
主要职责活动:
Assist with Telemarketing Manager and Sales Manage’ requirement. Provide Relevant Sales and Marketing analysis report
为电话行销经理和电话销售经理提供日常工作事务支持及业务常规分析
Assist sales to collaborate with Area other departments, National Sales & Marketing Department and other Areas to make business operate normally and provide relevant reports and requested feedback
协助销售人员协调好与区域其它各部门、全国市场销售部和其它区域的关系,使业务正常运作,提供相关的报告和要求的反馈
Provide relevant customer information management, marketing event and help with handling other documents.
能够给予销售人员在账号信息管理、市场活动、各种文档等方面强有力的支持
Assist sales to analyse marketing information
协助销售人员整理分析市场信息
Cooperate with the National Sales & Marketing Department, filing and maintaining customer information, euring the accuracy
of the file
配合全国市场销售部,牵头对客户关键资料档案库CMF进行建档,维护。确保客户档案的完整性和正确性
Collect & organize information, and deliver it to the sales
组织收集信息,及时传递信息给销售员
Provide tracing & tracking report and other customized special service reports for custome
主动提供快件相关报告,包括快件转运/派送信息报告,其他个性化报告等
Assist sales to address customer enquire on price, product, service and marketing promotion.
解答客户相关信息咨询,包括协议价格信息/产品、服务信息及市场活动信息等咨询
Plan and implement marketing promotio
有针对性的分公司/销售小组促销活动筹划和实施
Purchase, management and distribution of marketing merchandises.
礼品定购,管理及发放
Organize customer events.
客户活动组织及相关联络工作
Support departmental administrative work, including attendance checking, reimbuement, archiving, etc.
部门内部行政性工作支持,包括部门考勤、报销、部门文件存档等
职位要求:
Bachelor degree本科(或以上学历)
1year & up working experience 1年以上工作经验
Experience in secretary or customer service is preferred有文秘、客户服务或销售支持经验优先
Communication skills, spoken and written沟通技能,口语和书面写作能力良好
Be skilful in Office applicatio 熟练使用应用办公软件。
Strong analytical and problem solving skills 具较强的分析能力与解决问题的技巧
Highly numerical, detail-oriented, methodical and self-motivated 对数字有高度敏感性,细致耐心,有条理,有主动性
