Requirements-

1.Diploma or above in materials or mechanical relevant technical discipline

大专及以上，材料/机械相关专业

2.8+ yea experience in production management at roles of supervisor or manager, 3+ yea experience in injectiomolding industry

8年以上生产管理经验（主管或者经理），3年以上注塑行业经验

3.Strong trouble-shooting ability, results-oriented and safety mindset is a must

擅长问题解决，结果导向，安全意识强

4.Good leadehip and motivation skills, excellent communication

领导、激励能力突出，沟通能力强

5.Good knowledge of lean manufacturing, good data analysis and logical thinking

具备基础的精益生产知识, 良好的数据分析能力和逻辑能力

6.Basic English skills in written and reading

具备基本英文读写能力
