Position Respoibilities

Import sector :

‐ Be familiar with different imported procedures, familiar with imported goods situation;

‐ To have good relation with customs;

‐ To solve the emergent status during goods entry.

‐ To prepare all documents for customs applying.

Export sector:

‐ Manage all sales activities for all export products and eure achievement of all export sales target.

‐ To keep good relation with deale, offer proforma invoice, check the payment with custome and our financial department, set the order to factory, discuss with production department about the possible delivery date, confirm the delivery date with custome, deal with other delivery issues.

‐ To charge for special documents applying from Foreign coultant or CCPIT.

‐ To keep in touch with deale to offer them the update dental unit information and collect the local market information and their suggestio. Discuss with them about the order forecast.

‐ Know how to balance the different customs requirement and factory real situation.

‐ Check with financial department the oveeas receivable account.

‐ Accept custome complaining about the unit problems, give solutio and offer good and quick after service to them.

‐ Attend the dental exhibitio and give visito new information about our products, meet VIP deale, discuss with them the new market policy and find possible new dealer to promote our product in local market.

‐ Report to Marketing,sales & after sales director weekly about the oveeas order information and the forecast every month.

‐ Study Asia market and suggest the different market policy.

‐ Take care of each export order from start to finish, if any emergent problem can solve composedly

Requirement:

‐ Bachelor or above, major in import and export trade or marketing.

‐ Kindly, patient, composed, quick-respond, devotion

‐ Familiar with dental units and competito’; Familiar with Imported and Export procedure and with professional knowledge; Good at writing and speaking.

‐ Fluent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability; good at office software.

‐ Five yea or more working experience, among which at least two yea are at the management level. Working experience in dental related company is preferred.
