职责:

1.负责产线检验标准的制定和改进完善，质量记录的管理保存

2.负责对生产线每日出现的不良品进行确认和处理

3.领导最终测试团队按照测试标准对产品进行检测

4.参与新产品的开发，协助新项目导入

5.筹划过程和产品质量改进

6.处理售后部门报检产品

7.按照要求完成质量周会，每月质量报告

8.确保公司产品符合中国及国际相关规定

9.完成上级委派的其他任务

要求：

1.熟悉ISO9001 / ISO 13485质量体系，有内审员资格者优先

2.具备机械制图和识图能力，熟悉掌握GD&T,熟练应用QC工具，熟练使用各种测量设备

3.良好的Trouble Shooting能力，并且能够独立解决问题，具有团队合作意识

4.良好的中英文表达能力

Respoibility:

1.Be respoible for making and improving standard ipection procedure for production and holding the quality records.

2.Be respoible for confirming and dealing with the defective products in production.

3.Lead final test team to test the product according to test procedure.

4.Take part in new products development and import.

5.To plan process and product quality improvement.

6.To deal with the ipective products of After Sales department.

7.To hold the meeting regularly and complete the monthly quality report.

8.Iure compliance goverment and international regulatio applicable to our products.

Qualification:

1.Be familiar with ISO9001/ISO13485 quality systems and preferred with inner auditor qualification.

2.Have strong mechanical drawing and map-reading skills and good at using QC tools and various measuring equipments.

3.Have strong trouble shooting capacity; good team working attitude and solve the proble independent.

4.Be fluent in English and Chinese speaking.
