To improve operatio productivity and service levels whilstmanaging costs, analyze, identify training requirements and coordinate to implement strategiesand procedures that will eure that all Operatio Staff within Area Operatio has the necessarytraining and skills to meet both individual job requirements and business development needs

Coordinate trainingresources to provide valuable training coues to station Operatio
协调培训资源,为分公司作业部提供有价值的培训课程
To eure employees in AreaOperatio are well trained and developed to meet business and succession needs
确保本区域作业部的员工获得培训,满足业务和继任需求
Collect trainingrequirements information from station Operatio employees through Linetraine & follow up
通过***培训师搜集分公司作业部员工的培训需求信息并进行跟进
Integrate, analyze andsummarize Area training deficiencies information & follow up
整合、分析和总结本区域培训工作的不足并跟进
Develop and design trainingprograms initiatively or with the support from external training coultantswhen necessary, based on the needs of staff
针对员工需求,自主或在必要时借助外部培训顾问的支持开发与设计培训课程
Line trainer teamdevelopment & management
发展管理所负责区域的***培训师团队
To provide competent anduser friendly training manuals for Operatio related systems, both throughusing available material from the DHL network and from local training vendoor coultants
通过使用来自DHL网络或者本地培训公司有关资料,为作业部提供有关业务系统有权威、友好的培训手册
Contribute towardsimprovement projects and participate in cross functional projects to euretraining requirements are met in order to satisfy business needs

Operatio new staffinduction training management & monitoring and other frontline trainingdelivery
作业新员工入职培训管理监控以及其他业务类培训授课
Conduct post trainingevaluation for all Operatio training programs and take a necessary measure torectify any deficiencies in the training methodology or content
对所有作业培训项目培训进行评估,采取必要措施改进培训方法和培训内容
Compile and maintain aninventory of Operatio training received by staff and to eure that staffrecords are kept up to date
编写和维护作业员工培训数据库,确保员工培训记录按时备案
岗位要求:
Bachelor degree
本科(或以上学历)
3 yea’ experience in DHLwith wide exposure to Operation systems and processes
3年在DHL广泛了解作业系统和流程的经验
