岗位职责:
QMS Implementation
Maintain and improve quality management system in Shanghai to meet ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 requirements;
Lead the Annual 3rd party Quality system audit and Coordinate the regularly Plant Quality Management Review meeting;
Update, review and create procedures to meet the business environment.
Internal Audit
Host the audit, including process audit, product audit, and system audit, in order to provide evidence to support quality system evaluation.
Maintenance and Analysis to the audit result and drive the continual improvement periodically
ECN and NPI Support
Follow up all of actio from engineering change notification and new product introductiton projects in order to monitor ECN process effectiveness and make sure them happened in time.
Work with all relevant functio to eure the APQP/DR process and practices conform to customer needs.
Document Control
Maintain and monitor document control activities in order to provide latest documents to guide quality system-related procedures/documentatio.
Customer Satisfaction
Complete the Customer survey and check list on time to meet customer requirements;
Work with cross functional team to pass the customer audit/visit successfully;
Collect and analysis the customer score card periodically to drive the internal improvement and satisfy customer outside.
任职资格:
Univeity degree or above
Minimum 8 yea quality management system experience
Excellent oral and written in English
Internal Auditor Certificate
Detail-oriented
Communication skill
Capability of systematic and critical thinking
