JOB SUMMARY
Providing strategic recruitment, selection, placement support and direction to assigned client groups. Coults with manage to develop recruiting pla and programs to achieve business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES
Maintai effective working relatiohips with all levels of company management to eure staffing coverage of human resources (HR) needs.
Develops and implements, under minimal supervision, recruitingourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the corporation.
Recommends qualified candidates to hiring manage and HR Generalists for regular professional and administrativeupport positio after interviewing candidates and assessing strength of qualificatio agait job requirements. May extend job offer and negotiate terms.
Verifies pre-employment hiring documentation and reviews hiring decision. Evaluates and adjudicates pre-employment background checks.
Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relatiohips with placement agencies, colleges, univeities, technical schools, diveity community agencies, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIO
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or univeity in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 yea of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demotrated skills and abilities.
