Being part of Greater China platform team, the position provides Engineering and Critical Environment support to CBRE’s Enterprise Facilities Management (EFM) and account teams. The manager shall establish an effective communication with the platform team, account engineering team and/or country FM lead to eure successful implementation and delivery of engineering functio. Supports and eures account engineering teams are able to deliver best engineering/technical practices and eure corporate governance is complied with by the team.

Key Respoibilities

？Provides strategic and tactical leadehip, and line-management of all critical and non-critical facilities within the EFM account portfolio. Forward thinking change agent respoible to identify and drive needed people, process, and engineering improvements in puuit of best in class performance and full uptime/reliability

？Oveees engineering staff including oveight of priorities, recruitment, training, succession planning, and peonnel development. Liaise with Account Engineering Lead/FM Lead to eure that staff are trained and qualified for their assigned facilities and associated work in a critical environment

？Being a subject matter expert in critical environment electrical/mechanical systems, infrastructure and operational practices, hehe will give advice to the team on all engineering related matte. Eure the highest level of professionalism and a commitment to achieving the goal of full uptime for all managed critical environments.

？Assistupport account in engineering problem solving, fault finding and root cause analysis when called upon.

？Support the management of compliance with in country legislation in terms of statutory maintenance and engineering related requirements

？Implement the standards for ipection and audit protocols for the improvement and/or maintenance of operational delivery

？Accountable for the delivery performance standards and operational protocols. Eure they are in line with CBRE and client strategic programs as below:

oIncident reporting and management,

oLesso learned processes and implementation

？Plan and lead critical environment audits, develop corrective action plan and eure all corrective action close-up within timeline in your respoible country. All managed critical facilities shall be audited at least once within the contracted period.

？Maintain effective communication with all external and internal custome, including Clients, GWS, and account staff

？Supports business development and business growth activities that involve Engineering and Critical Environment functio

？Drive engineering policy and engineering operation excellence through account

？Roll out/implementation of enhanced engineering practices and/or initiatives for Greater China accounts such as Maintenance Excellence and / or Self Perform

？Liaise with accounts engineering manage to eure engineering practices are followed through and conduct random site audits.

？Provide support to accounts FM lead on matte related to engineering management and operatio

？Leadingupporting engineering traitioning for new accounts traition. Some of the work includes developing the FM Technical Services Playbook for country account, setting up of the engineering team, conduct training and organise workshops with client

？Conduct and/or lead site due diligence studies, technical review and engineering operation and management audit

？Any other EFM Technical Services related works as assigned

？Required some travelling within Greater China region.

？Excellent communication skills and demotrated client relatiohip skills,

？Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, line management and supply chain,

？Experience in change control and engineering planning tools and processes

？Ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutio,

？Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite,

？Relevant experience managing an engineering service delivery across multiple remote and culturally different locatio.

Skills Required

？Tertiary qualification in Engineering Studies preferable with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

？A minimum of ten yea post training experience, five yea of which in maintaining critical engineering environments.

？Membehip of an Engineering related professional body i.e. ASHRAE/CIBSE/IEE preferred

？Good knowledge in Health & Safety requirement, preferable with relevant HSE certification.
