Business Unit / VP ：BU Finance & IT Function

Position to which it reports ：BU IT Manager

Objective： Lead the business solution function within the business unit, partnering with the regional and plant management on business performance and control solutio in IT aspect.

Main respoibilities ：

1.SAP:

1)Maintain SAP security and efficiency; train SAP use; improve SAP processes;

2)Integrate management and internal control to SAP daily processes;

3)Train and develop SAP experts among all functio.

2.Business partnehip:

1)Provide IT solution to help operation challenges and business challenges;

2)Use IT application to eure and to pull best practices and efficiencyervice;

3)Develop IT applicatiotrategy as core competence of Asia BU.

3.People development:

1)Assume leader’s respoibility on setting goals, assessing and developing the plant finance team;

2)Set career plan for talents and develop them for future and for Nemak business growth;

3)Promote and role-playing effective communication, sharing, motivation and recognition.

4.Compliance and control:

1)Systematically set up the signaling mechanism in SAP and other IT system application to meet internal control requirements;

2)Alfa audit and SOX compliance audit.

Profile requirements——

Eduaction Undergraduate：(Computer Science, Engineering);

Languages： Good command of English.

Experience： SAP or equivalent (5 yea),IT project management(5 yea),Total IT career(8 yea).

Technical skills： Relatiohip Building,Strategic planning,Political Savvy,Business Performance

Soft skills ：Communication.

Position location： Shanghai or Nanjing
