Respoibility:

1. Receipt of customer desig and organization of the design optimization through design engineer.

2. Review of product and process development trial matrices required to meet defined objectives.

3. Eure coordination of the APQP process for the products under his/her control.

4. Eure compliance with deliverables as per NPDS methodology.

5. Interface with customer for technical decision making and process/product development with the end objective of attaining PPAP.

6. Interface with internal departments to coordinate the completion of the activities required to fulfil the APQP process and the assigned NPDS deliverables.

7. Eure adequate management of the engineering change control process (SACI) and the development of the Flow Diagram, PFMEA and Control Plan.

8. Manage the hand-over process to the Process Engineer during PPAPOP.

9. Respoible for compliance to product specific KPI’s

10. Tooling layout and requirements definition. Preparation of tooling specificatio and RFQs.

11. Prepare feasibility analysis for new products and products in quotation stage.

12. Eure update of feasibility analysis for new products in development stage.

Qualification:

1.The holder of this position will need to interface with closely with other local, regional and global internal departments of Nemak as well as with supplie and custome.

2.The holder of this position must be systematic and capable of multi-tasking in a coordinated way.

3.The holder of this position must know the TS16949 standard and quality tools knowledge.

4.The holder of this position will be required to make presentatio in English and/or Chinese to custome and senior management.
