职位描述:
1.Gather information from powertrain customer, and report it to QE.
2.Report machining abnormality problem via 5W2H form.
3.Judgment parts whether scrap online.
4.Judge mass defects potential risk and give an alarm in time.
5.Quick respoe problems in machining.
6.Verify our product improvement in customer, feedback result in time.
7.Follow up test parts, make sure have not leave out any information of test parts.
8.Confirm scraps status whether belong to material scraps or machining scraps with customer, make sure record completion.
9.Deal with return scraps and rework parts process, make sure record completion.
10.Fully undetand machining process of customer, and provide technical support.
11.Keep good communication with QE and other REs which in same supply chain.
12.Maintain relatiohip with our powertrain customer.
13.If need, manage resident worke in customer side.
