岗位职责:

1. Provide all kinds of support to HIS end user, including application access, usage, devices and equipments etc

2. Manage user access privileges as per business process requirements, test and document changes.

3. Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, eure they are complied with information security policies

4. Monitor and identify existing issues that might have negative impacts on HIS operatio and report to the supervisor

5. Provide HIS training to user

6. Work closely with ITS operatio to accomplish tasks assigned.

任职资格:

1. A Bachelo degree in computer sciences or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 yea of experience IT support, application support or end-user support troubleshooting or compatible

3. Other evidences of substantial knowledge can substitute educational requirements.

4. Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to manipulate popular software applicatio.

5. Familiar with basic networking, good knowledge of PC's, printe and peripheral equipment

6. Sound undetanding of information security control

7. Effective written and verbal English communication
