岗位职责:

As the fit line of contacts for OBGYNICU inpatient needs and acts as bridge between patients and Hospital internal parties in the medical services chain to provide and eure the best medical experience for patients.

?Introduce hospital and department scope of services to patients in a pleasant, helpful manner

?Provide assistance to docto, nues, cashie, precertification, pharmacists and other staff in the department when needed to communicate effectively with patients

?Daily visit OB and NICU inpatients, rounding and assist on their needs

?Coordination of services for patients/families during admission with nues, treating doctor and physiological services (when needed)

?Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional ethics according to professional and Hospital standards

?Be part of the multidisciplinary patient rounding

?Main point of coordination between the OB ward an home healthcare

?Work closely with the department staff to make sure the quality of the care provided to the patient.

?Collects patient satisfaction survey data and prepares reports that reflect the level of activity and relative satisfaction of the services provided to patients.

?Undetand hospital policy and procedure, implement the policy and standard.

?Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the department and deliver high quality service to patients

?Eure patient complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied.

?Assist head nue to maintain the quality accuracy of record on HB system through website.

?Assist midwife to maintain the quality and accuracy of birth log.

?Flexibility to be on call and work on weekends

?Attend different level of meetings as required

?Any other duty assignment as needed

任职资格:

Above college degree in Nuing or Medical science preferred

Three yea or more OBGYN experience
