Respoibility:

1. Make sure mold repair plan.

2. Charge make sure mold parts drawing, collect mold spare parts list, contact relative people check spare parts.

3. Participate in weekly dimeional meeting with PE & quality.

4. Make the tooling process documents and maintain WI to different mold, make tooling maintain check list for different mold, make all kinds of form if tooling need.

5. New Mold RFQ and produce follow and pre-acceptance.

6. Confirm mold condition.

7. Review and improve cycle time during tooling maintenance.

8. Improve lay out and facilities.

9. Support product engineer for die spare parts standardization job.

10. Convert import parts into local parts with engineer, reduce making new parts cost.

11. Need finishing some temporary job

Job Requirements

1. Univeity graduate major in mold design and manufacture or related

2. At least 3 yea of Die-casting mold design and management experience

3. Familiar with high pressure principle of work，know well mold manufacturing process，Scene with operating experience

4. Proficient in die casting die structure design, familiar with all kinds of mould performance function

5. Work independently, good learning ability；Clear concept, strong communication skills and team cooperation spirit

6. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Catia,Proe,UG, Core tools

7. Good at read and written English
