Respoiblities:

1.Robust Material Qualification:

-Establish robust material qualification process [e.g.; PPAP] to eure all materials are properly qualified before release for production – New material and engineering change

-Material Qualification / PPAP review and approval

-Support customer PPAP request

-Timely completion and submission

2.Metrics management [Quality Incident; Supplier DPPM; Audit Schedule Hit Rate; Audit Average Score]

-Track metric performance

-Perform data / trend analysis – deep dive to identify root cause, source of issue and improvement opportunity

-Work with supplier and internal cross function teams to drive and implement improvement actio

3.Supplier quality and supplier performance management

-Euring coistent material quality supply to operatio

-Take lead to solve material issues

-Identify gaps for continuous improvement

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 to 5 yea experience in Supplier Quality / Supplier Development

-Experience with TS 16949 and familiar with 5 core tools --FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA

-Knowledge to VDA 6.3 auditing is a must

-Ability to analyze

-Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP

-Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary

-Good organizational skills

-Good follow up skills

-Good communication skills both written and oral
