职位描述:
Roles and Respoibilities:
- Ability to craft mid-term learning pla for the Company
- Conduct gap analyses on a regular basis to determine what improvements current coues need to close said gaps or what new coues are required
- Provide and execute schedule of classes to eure Team Member’s continuous education
- Create and monitor the metrics to measure success of all learning activities including those of each student
- Control quality of learning provided by the Team of Learning Coordinato (Traine) to eure coistency in delivery
- MentoCoach all the Learning Coordinato in Dongguan, China offices
- Monitor the success of the On-the-Job Learning Program assuring that all Coaches are duly trained to be able to assume the respoibilities of the On-the-Job Learning Program
- Design a system for the speedy/accurate updating of all coue content as soon as changes in processes/procedures are approved by the respective business units

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 yea in Learning and Development at a major multi-national with a minimum of 2 yea as a Leader
- Experience in managing coue calendaattendance, managing/leading/coaching a team of traine and monitoring the quality of learning via well defined KPIs
- Experience as a teacher providing Training including “Train the Trainer” classes is a must
- Experience in designing/maintaining a system by which the content of all technical coues is maintained as processes/procedures are updated in the field

- Univeity Degree
Other Conditio:
- Hou: Monday to Friday (minimum 8 work hou per day)
- Location: Impactiva Dongguan, China office
- Reporting to: Learning Leader
- Commitment: 2 year non-compete and confidentiality contract
- Probationary Period: Six months
