1 Technical Tasks:

-Work with ZKW R&D team for new part development from concept phase to serial production

-Perform design review, input Design for manufacture, quality, cost; Influence Designer to get better product design

-Facilitate clear communication of engineering and quality issues in testing and requirements between ZKW R&D and CM

-Support potential analysis for supplier qualification

-New project launches. Eure supplier’s product process ready for sample production and serial production according to APQP, PPAP, etc.

-Eure supplier’s toolings are tried out qualified on time with high quality

-Supplier quality plan review and perform 1st batch check on site before shipment

-Drive cost saving through engineering ideas

-Eure high quality in product and lean manufacture implemented in CM

-Support all improvement activities for purchased components and supplie

-Failure analysis and drive for supplier corrective action

Supplier Sourcing

-Introduce excellent supplier in the market to Commodity buye

-May support step 1 or step 2 supplier assessment depends on the complexity of parts

2 Functional Qualificatio:

-Prefer design experience

-Experienced in quality management tools

-Good project management knowledge on Automotive

-Strong new product introduction experience for electronics parts

-Min.1 year as project technical purchasing

-Automotive experience with supplier development, quality procedures (APQP, PPAP etc.)

-Relevant experience in production processes

-Knowledge of ERP Systems

-Business-fluent in English and Chinese

3 Education:

-Bachelor degree or above in either mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable.

-将市场上的优秀供应商介绍给物料采购员

-根据零件的复杂程度适时支持供应商第一步及第二步评审

2 专业要求：

-设计经验优先

-有质量管理经历

-汽车行业良好的项目管理知识

-在电子类零件方面优秀的新产品介绍经验

-一年以上的项目技术采购经验

-汽车行业供应商开发、质量管理程序经验（APQP，PPAP等）

-生产工序相关经验

-熟练应用ERP系统

-流利的英语和汉语商务沟通能力

3 教育程度及专业：

-机械工程、电气工程相关专业本科以上学历
