JobDescription
1. Recruitment
1) Create internal/external advertisement of vacancies in accordance withcompany regulatio in coordination with related departments.
2) Select and develop appropriate recruiting channels in dependence on therequirements of the respective vacancy.
3) Organize and participate internal/external recruiting events if necessary.
4) Screen and record the incoming application documents, analyze and decidesuitability or non-suitability of the applicants, and discuss with thesupervisor of the vacant position.
5) Conduct job interviews in cooperation with the related department.
6) Prepare offer proposal, contract and other related document.
7) Manage the onboarding process which includes candidate follow-up, documentscollection etc.
8) Prepare recruitment reports and other HR documents per request.
9) Maintain the talent database and keep the recruitment system updatedaccordingly.
2. General Support
1) Prepare the HR and administrative documents per various request and archivedocuments safe and efficiently.
2) General support daily administration work per request.
3) Involvement in department projects and group activity preparation.
Requirements
Educational: College/ Bachelor degree
Experience: 3 yea’ experience or above of HR function
Key Competencies:
·Familiar with recruitment procedure and process
·Well undetanding of China Labor Law and localpeonnel and labor regulatio.
·Good English in oral and written.
·Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft excel,word and PowerPoint.
·Initiative, self-motivated, good team workingspirit and willing to work under pressure
·Excellent interpeonal and communicatiokills.
