1. Respoible for the new product development, and lead the project team to realize the product at reasonable Q/C/T.

2. Make and stick to the time schedule.

3. Audit and improve the work of developing phase.

4. Trace and audit each milestone.

5. Assign and coordinate the task to the membe of the team.

6. Handle the customer requirements and complaints.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIO

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, major in Design or plastics technology

2. At least 5 yea working experience in Project Management.

3. Good Communication skill and leadehip.

4. Experience in (complex) mechatronics products and automotive know-how.

5. Knowledge in Design systematic.

6. Proficient English both in spoken and written (German is preferred )
