JOB description should be:

- 1. Coordinate with Bustiness Development and Sales Account Manager to lead acquisition to win projects in limit to budget and Hella project KPI rule.

- 2. Supporting promotion to custome together with business department colleagues in travelling.

- 3. Work together with D&D team together and basically undetand our product technology knowhow and also vehicle system architecture topology.

- 4. Setup project target and also generate project team membe under discipline manager.

- 5. Lead project core team and extend team membe to run project under Hella Program Management Process limit to planned budget pool to achieve set quality and timing target.

- 6. Closely track project statues with help of GMT (Gate Management Tool) online system to meet all milestones and gates in time.

- 7. Work together with D&D colleagues and plant colleagues to make a contribution to reduce product concept cost and also manufacturing cost, coequently reach each Product Group D&D efficiency and gross margin target.

- 8. Actively take other tasks which distribute by discipline manager, demotrate good communication skills to align with internal and external custome, meantime adequate leadship skills to ipire all core and extend team membe to achieve project target.

- 9. 20% frequently travelling

- 10. Fluent written and oral English communication.

50% efforts on IBS

Intelligent Battery Seor which is used in Micro Hybrid vehicle to detect statue of Lead-acid battery to predict whether battery have enough energy for engine start-stop function. China market will popularize this function in market very dramatically very fast.

50% efforts on DC/DC

Direct current to Direct current stabilizer (DC/DC) is also used in Micro Hybrid vehicle to stabilize voltage to feed up powernet loads such as internal illuminatio, Navi, Radio, etc...while engine is stop to start again during idling.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIO

Qualificatio (education level, experience / background requirement, key soft skills)

Professional PC experience (MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet)

Proficient in English.

Strong business development mindset

Engineering education background in electronics

Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;

At least 2 yea project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics;

Good communication skill with customer, good presentation and negotiation skills.

Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management
