Roles and Respoibilities

-Will be respoible for conducting factory System, SOP, technical audits at each factory site requested by client, which includes auditing the following areas:

oProduction

oProduction support departments

oLeadehip

oBusiness Key Performance Indicato

-Will be respoible for conducting agent QC team member audits on each QC team member as requested by client, which includes auditing:

oQC Team

oQC Team Member Scorecard

-Must be capable of learning and executing on a day-to-day basis very rigorous processes and procedures

-Will be respoible for generating his/her own ipection reports using a laptop

-Will be respoible for maintaining a good working relatiohip with all customer and factory peonnel (including top management and the owne) and fellow Team Membe

-Willing to travel to any city of China or any countries based on business need.

-Willing to take up special project assigned by supervisor

Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills

Knowledge

-Good knowledge in different types of audits, included quality system, environmental and social audit

-Good analytical skill, root cause analysis

-Good skill in CAR (Corrective Action Report) follow up

-Good undetanding of project management

Skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent quantitative and analytic skills

Experience

-Minimum of 3-5 yea in production and quality field, preferred work in shoes industry

Education

-Minimum: a high school graduate, preferred high school diploma, bachelo or master degree

-Preferably: formal education in engineering, footwear technology preferred

Other Conditio

-Monday to Saturday (non fixed work time)

-Travel required up to 80%, overnight travel is required

-Location: Dongguan, China

-Reporting to:QMS Lead coultant or Project Leader

-Commitment:2 year non-compete and confidentiality contract

-Probationary Period: Six months
