Respoibility：

1.Receipt of customer RFQ’s and coordinate feasibility analysis.

2.Definition of product and process development paramete.

3.Coordinate the APQP process for the products under his/her control.

4.Meet deliverables as per NPDS methodology.

5.Interface with customer for technical decision making and process/product development required to obtain PPAP approval.

6.Interface with internal departments to coordinate the completion of the activities required to fulfill the APQP process and the assigned NPDS deliverables.

7.Manage the engineering change control process and the development of the Flow Diagram, PFMEA and Control Plan.

8.Manage the hand-over process to the Process Engineer during PPAPOP.

9.Cooperate with Process Engineering during development and launch to define trial matrices and corrective actio aligned with Problem Solving and Continouous Improvement techniques.

Requirement:

1. Univeity Degree

2. 5-10 yea related working experience in HPDC

3. Be systematic and capable of multi-tasking in a coordinated way.

4. know the TS16949 standard and quality tools knowledge as well as APQP and NPDS requirements.

5. Able to make presentatio in English and/or Chinese to custome and senior management.

6. Good command of office, SAP, design tools, CAD tools, Core tools,Gantt Projects skills.
