Objectives:
This peon is respoible for the development and performance of the key accounts in the industrial coating market including off road, commercial vehicle and railway etc. Hehe needs to eure the sales team to achieve the maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Main Task:
?Provides leadehip to the day-to-day operatio on the CTS (Commercial Traportation System) and CV (Commercial Vehicle) accounts while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals, sales pla and profit targets
?Participate in development of long range sales planning and growth strategies.
?Participate in selling to key project accounts as needed.
?Increasing market share in existing accounts and maximize new business development opportunities.
?Develop, review and report on the business development, euring the strategic objectives are well undetood and executed by the team.
?Visit selected key accounts and project dealer and recommends some efficient business growth strategies which would help the company retain customer and increase sales and augment any business competition.
?Prepare the RFQ for the possible tende from key accounts and lead the team to win the final the contract.
?Determining the needs of these particular custome
?Eure strong key accounts relatiohips are established.
?Maintain ongoing contacts with key accounts and coider these custome’ needs relative to new product development.
?Direct the sales team to select the qualified service provider for the project.
?Monitor the implementation of the project and coolidate the on-going data for the analysis. Collect the information about possible projects from the market.
Requirements:
?Education: Bachelor degree or Above.
?Working Experience: above 10 yea’ experience in car refinishes industry, including 5 yea B2B industrial sales experience with the solid data. Technical background are preferred. .
?Familiar with car refinish industry/ products; Have the resources on CTS (Commercial Traportation System) and CV (Commercial Vehicle)
?Good knowledge in business and market environment in China. Good communication, supervision, negotiation and selling skill.
