Establishes good relatiohip with customer, which includes assistance to overall business cycle of the client
Opportunities to upsell or crosssell other MCC Products and grow share of wallet.
AweRespond to all incoming inquiries
Coordinate between clients, sales and other departments on fixing various problems in regards charged services to eure smooth and correct cargo operation lost account trace
Presale Activities
Eure rates filing and rate list preparing is on time and accurate.
Eure the analysis and statistics reports preparing is on time and accurate
Prepare all kinds of notices/announcement to custome.
Market Intelligence Support
Respoible for funnelling back to the organization valuable market intelligence information regarding the trade
Undetand overall business of the customer to be able to come across other
Business filling all client relative information into salespad on time and accurate
