Roles and Respoibilities:
-Respoible for IMPACTIVA’s recruitment activities
-Learn, execute and keep improving IMPACTIVA’s leading-edge recruitment process
- Design the company’s recruitment strategy:
?Job fair attendance program
?Establish relatiohips with feeder schools (technical ititutes / univeities) to attract the best candidates
-Establish goals and KPIs for the recruiting department and eure they are achieved
-Lead, coach and manage Recruiting Leade & Recruite
-Perform industry remuneration surveys for technical positio
-Analyze vendo and itall recruiting software to automate the Recruitment Department’s back-office
Requirement:
-Univeity degree
-Minimum 10 yea of experience in recruitment including:
?5 yea in recruitment
?Several yea in leading a regional recruiting department for a global firm
-Team build up and development from department processes to department team membe
-Honesty and ethics beyond question
-Ability to motivate and ipire a team (a “born” leader) with a coaching mentality
-A believer in the power of process management who strongly believes that problems can be corrected or better yet prevented by designing world-class processes
-Problem solver who knows how to ask the right questio to Team Membe within and without the department as a mea to design leading-edge systems, processes and procedures
-Passionate on driving continuous improvement
- Very good at Spoken and Written English
