Job Description

1.1 Work with team to desigmaintain the packaging of all NPI/MP projects, including update design drawing and OI, the new spare part shipping package, packaging test and cost down.

1.2 Purchase parts PPAP qualification, include sample confirm/PPAP review/II prepare/trial run follow up etc.

Job Respoibilities

1. Lead team to design the packaging for all MP projects, including drawing, apply new part number, create packaging BOM, etc.

2.Do packaging test

3.Make packaging OI.

4.Undetand the customer’s standard and implement in packaging.

5.Update the packaging to make cost down.

6.Manage MP packaging team in Engineering.

7.Basing on the BOM to prepare .

8.Via procurement to push supplier submit PPAP sample and report.

9. Confirm sample and PPAP report according customer drawing, specification and FM requirement.

10.Update purchase and outsourcing parts PPAP condition in

11.For customer control part, prepare FAI when fit incoming.

12.Submit PPAP report and attached golden sample/limit sample to PM for customer approval if necessary.

13.Finalize II and submit to DCC.

14.Follow up purchase parts qualification status and submit approved PPAP report to DCC.
