Job Description

Lead as BU quality manager to drive on customer, process and product quality

* Working as quality lead to handle overall quality of BU

* Lead on the customer quality engineering support to achieve customer satisfaction

* Management of Customer feedback handling to eure the effectiveness, e.g. SCAR, RMA etc.

* Working with customer for product quality continuous improvement through KOI e.g. dppm, yield etc.

* Management of supplier quality improvement driving and material quality issue handling

* Process compliance management through driving of process audit

* Customer reliability FA and actio driving

* Conduct the regular quality review with custome to eure the CIP

* Lead on quality Kaizen and SixSigma projects

* Lead on customer process and system audit for the compliance

* Provide the training and guidance for quality enginee, technician etc.

* Lead on product quality trafer project
