职位描述:
1、新员工培训工作的主导开展,能够进行人事行政规章制度授课;
In charge of new employees training coue, with ability of teaching Admin& HR regulatio
independently;
2、新员工融入培训的计划拟定、跟进、落实及完善;
Respoible of making new come training plan, program improvement and implementation;
3、设计并落实新员工及在职的职业生涯发展规划,跟踪员工的职业生涯发展规划落实况;
Design and carry out the staffs (already in and newly aboard) carees development plan, tracking employees career plan excution conditios ;
4、协助进行员工绩效评估及提出人才发展规划建议;
Assist to make employees performance and give unique suggestio of talents development plan;
5、培训制度制定及完善;根据培训政策要求,管理培训协议;
Make training regulatio and improvements. Management of the training agreement according to the training regulatio.
6、根据部门需求制定培训计划,协助各部门培训计划实施,组织及执行;培训效果收集及反馈;培训效果评估落实及改善;
Make training plan according to the requirements of the department, assist to organize and
carry out the training plan; collect the training feedback and make evaluation and
improvement.
7、 作为主要沟通窗口与瑞典公司合作组织安排人员培训;
As the communication bridge between Sweden part and China, organize and coordinate the
employees to attend the training coue.
8、领导安排的其他工作。
The other tasks that the leader arranges.
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历 ,具有3年以上培训及员工发展规划相关工作经验,有汽车整车行业或相关零部件行业培训经验优先;
Bachelor degree or above. With more than 3 yea working experience in Training& employees career plan parts, automobile research center / OEM or automobile parts industry is preferred.
2.、良好的沟通能力和团队精神,执行力强,良好的学习能力及抗压能力
Strong ability of communication, good team spirit, strong execution ability. Good learner, and can withstand high pressure.
3、良好的英语口语及书写能力;
Good spoken and written English;
