[C&B Specialist]
Respoibilities:
-Monthly Payroll (social iurance, tax and bonus)
Monthly social iurance, payroll calculation for all employees.
Policy updating and coolidation.
-HR Reporting
-On time and accurate HR reporting: turnover report, OT report, Headcount report and leave report and other required reports.
-HR filing
Make sure HR filing can meet the requirement of quality management system.
Make sure on-board and exit processes can be followed properly.
-Benefits management
Well management of all employee benefits arrangement (supplementary medical iurance and yearly health check, and so on.)
-HRIS management and maintenance
Eure employee profile database in active HRIS required analysis reports roll-out from HRIS.
-Use thorough undetanding of compeation and benefit plan design and administrative procedures to drive cotant improvement.
-Stay current on all compeation and benefit regulatio and eure compliance with legal requirements and other regulatio that may govern total reward pla.
-Continually evaluate current compeation and benefits practices to find better ways get the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a scrappy/hands-on approach.
-Work together with C&B team to manage the benefit programs from start to finish.
任职资格:
Requirements:
-3+ yea of Compeation and Benefits related experience.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-HR system experience is preferred.
-Familiar with labor laws and regulatio and policies.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbe to drive sound decision-making.
-Working knowledge of G-bits country regulatio.
-Ability to develop strong relatiohips with all levels of management
-Strong undetanding of broad-based compeation programs (base pay/variable pay/equity), pay for performance, benchmarking/market data, job evaluation, etc.
-Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relatiohips and gain confidence.
- Solutio and staffs service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving
-Integrity and Team Spirit, Workday experience a plus.
