资格要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、至少3年国内、国际机票预订工作经历；

3、有Eterm、Galileo等系统的实践操作经验；

4、有差旅管理公司经验者优先；

5、具备旅游产品常识，包括国内国际机票价格、酒店预订、租车及包裹等；

6、沟通能力强，英语、普通话流利；

7、具备丰富的客户服务经验，工作细致；

Qualificatio:

- Bachelor or college degree.

- At least 3 yea experience in both domestic & international ticketing.

- Practical experience in Eterm, Galileo, or similar.

- Experience in Travel Management Company is preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of travel industry products, including domestic & international

airfares, hotels booking, car rental & packages.

- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.

- Proven experience in customer service and a dedication to detail.

- Ability to handle problems independently.
