About the Opportunity

At Flight Centre we believe that the success of our company depends on the success of our people, which is why we are looking for experienced Travel Coultants to join our new Flight Centre Business Travel team in Shanghai. As a full time Flight Centre Business Travel Coultant, you'll find this is much more than “just a retail job”. You will use Flight Centre’s vast range of resources to meet each client’s travel needs, from booking flights and accommodation to taking care of visas.

In this varied role you will belong to a team of travel sales professionals dedicated to delivering an end to end booking service for small & medium sized business custome.

Key Requirements:

A minimum 2 yea coulting experience in either a leisure or corporate travel agency.

Proven sales ability with a history of coistently achieving sales targets

Excellent written and spoken language skills in both English & Mandarin

Ability to respond to custome’ needs quickly

Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills

Attention to detail and an ability to get it right the fit time

Good communication & interpeonal skills, with the ability to make your clients feel cared for

Proficiency with Galileo is preferred
