About the Opportunity:
The role of a BDM is to acquire new corporate travel business in accordance with FCM’s sales process and systems to achieve agreed targets. Hehe will develop corporate relatiohips with key decision make in organizatio to create new sales opportunities by mea of corporate networking, client profiling and cold calling. The BDM will present FCM Travel Solutio products and services in a compelling value based offering to maximize sales and eure new business is acquired in a profitable manner.
Key Respoibilities:
Generate own leads and opportunities
Leverage networks within FCm & client organizatio to expand opportunities for new business
Meet agreed KPI’s for lead generation, conveion and profitability of new accounts
Preparation of professional and compelling travel proposals and sales presentatio to corporate buye
Build and maintain a network of relatiohips with key procurement executives and preferred supplie.
Utilise and update CRM system for all client activity
Gather competitor intelligence to effectively counter competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
At least 3 yea in corporate sales position dealing with national and multinational corporatio
Demotrated track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
Prior experience in corporate travel industry is desired but not essential
Highly motivated and target driven with a positive attitude
Strong interpeonal skills, ability to network at senior levels in expatriate and local environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in both Mandarin & English
Well presented with a high degree of professionalism
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
Excellent team player
Excellent listening skills – must have demotrated ability to identify client needs and solve their problems
