Missio:

?Monitor development deliverable at supplier level in full coordination with the GPR functio as a supplier coordinator

–Collect project planning updates, made by GP supplier,

–Is in charge to check that the supplier work package according to the GPR request , is coistent with supplier capacity,

–Supervise the tool gate sessio with the supplier. Is in charge to escalate at the appropriate level, the gaps between actual and previous plan which can affect the leap supply chain for development and production parts , and to checked that issues are well addressed by supplier or Snecma,

–Check the proof of engineering deliverables, the WIP reality on shop flow and the existence of adequate quality document.

?Initiate and monitor workload /capacity analysis during development and ramp up phase

–Contribute to supplier selection by providing workload/capacity analysis for development NPI , switch to production and production,

–Check that capacity pla are relevant , pragmatic and reachable, including investment programs,

–Update workload/capacity analysis and check respect of pla,

–Provide regular feedback internally on supplier capacity plan deployment, alert on issues, contribute to define appropriate optio,

–Audit viability of the supplier external supply chain (supplier levels 2 & 3).

?Elaborate and manage risk analysis and risk mitigation plan concerning the supplier capacity to follow the serial ramp-up by anticipation

–Conduct risk analysis , contribute to establish mitigation plan with each supplier and follow risk mitigation pla for technical – supply – capacity - financial aspects,

–Eure that relevant product/process FMEA are performed,

–Perform regular reviews on supplier site to check that capacity, planning and risk mitigation issue are well taken into account and implemented. Check in supplier shop, that investment - development part - people hiring plan in process are matching with expected plan,

–Eure internal communication, writing weekly minute reports, updating internal data base, participating to frequent phone call meeting.

Profile:

-Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language

-Fluent in English oand French language

-Male or female having Engineering degree and 5 to 8 yea’ experience in industrial environment,

-Skills / knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management,

-Skills / knowledge and experience in Project Management,

-Leadehip ability according a collaborative and diplomacy attitude to supplie,

-Technical and industrial background, a past experience in Aeronautical or automotive businesses will be coidered as a “plus”,

-Pragmatic ,with an experience in industrialization and production capacity issues,

-Ability to perform risk analysis (financials, business undetanding),

-Good level of production tools analysis and real capacity to anticipate,

-Good contact, easy dialogue and comfortable with supplie and Project Leade, good written reporting level at all levels and all functio,

-Capable to frequently travel between various supplie located in XXX (from 30% to 50% as an average), requiring flexibility and easy adaptation to locatio and needs.

Duration:

-3 to 8 yea based upon experience. Possible renewal according to Snecma needs and number of Projects,
