We are looking for an experienced Controlling Manager, in addition to FP&A expertise, the candidate must have minimum 6 yea controlling experience and least 2 yea in manager level. We prefer candidate have hands-on manufacturing plant controlling experience and candidate must have long-term plan to stay in Suzhou.

Key Respoibilities:

？Assure the integrity and accuracy of Financial records are presented on a timely manner and in alignement with local statutory and IF requirements; eure accurate analysis and realistic forecasts with commentary to the management team

？Develop budgeting process and policy, plan and control annual budget, mid-term plan and rolling forecast, identify opportunity and risk, analyze operating performance and propose actio for improvement.

？Assist in Company strategy deployment process, take proactive controlling approach to initial continuous improvement projects link with Company and Finance objectives, work closely with operatio to eure adequate support and financial control are in place

？Formulate financial policies and procedures; establish and maintain adequate internal controls to eure coistency, efficiency and proper control to in place. Work with internal and external audito to evaluate audits findings and implement corrective actio to eure operational compliance

？Provide leadehip and guidance to Finance staff and be proactive in developing staff to meet future needs of the organization

Key Requirements:

？Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance, CIMA/CMA certification or MBA preferred

？Minimum 6 yea of controlling work experience in a MNC company with least 2 yea in management position

？Exteive knowledge in cost controlling, internal control, financial analysis and reporting in a manufacturing environment

？High business acumen with good analytical and problem solving skills, capable to mahal resources effectively and efficiently to get things done

？Strong Leadehip skills with proven success

？Good command of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

？Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, fluent in English (verbal and written)
