职位描述:
Turbomeca China Position: CSM(Customer Support Manager) Main mission:
?Manage customer satisfaction whatever the domain of support (technical, commercial and logistics) with an enduring concern for reactivity
?Manage sales and after-sales of spare parts, standard exchange, etc…
Main tasks assigned
?Steering of customer service operatio (key performance indicatio)
?Drawing up and follow-up of budget, overdue payment, important technical issue, etc…
?Administrating his/her field of activities
?Manage the renewal of service contract (including SBH), tracking the follow-up of contractual commitments
?Managing the operatio relevant to support network relatio (distribution, service centres, repair centres….)
?Eure coordination of FREP, CSR and BD Teams
?Be the customer’s privileged point of contact within TM’s network in any unusual situation
?Participate in the development of TM’s Customer relatio’ network
?Report to the management, provide to headquarter and management the input of market trend, competition intelligence, customer feedback, etc….
?Provide half-year report updating market situation and proposing development strategy,
Requirements
Mandatory Experience with ALAT/Army organization and knowledge of the business process with this customer.
?Proven experience, minimum of 5 yea in an account manager position, better in aeronautic or related market
?Ability to get in-depth undetanding of customer needs and organization, to establish/maintain durable relatiohip with customer, and to upgrade relatiohip to higher level in customer organization
?Strong interpeonal, networking and organisational skills, be able to coordinate with different teams in the world, be able to manage multiple tasks/custome simultaneously
?BS or Master degree, technical background in the field of aeronautic technology, MBA is a plus
?Fluent in English. French is a plus
?Team spirit, be able to work under pressure, be able to have frequent travel
