Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；

2. At least 3 yea relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules

汽车电子模块行业3年以上研发经验；

3. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)

熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)；

4. Good skills in English；

英语熟练；

5. Good communication and coordination skills

良好的沟通与协调技巧；

6. Self-motivated,Engineering thinking，respoibility;

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心

7. System, Electrical, or Software Engineering experience is preferred

有系统，电子电气或软件方面工作经验者优先；

8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOO)；

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOO)使用经验者；

9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred；

对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；

10. Open mind and team work spirit.
