1. Purpose of the position

The factory SC manager should coordinate all the information in the plant.

- Internaly between all department: production, technical, quality, R&D, purchasing

- Externaly with customer, supplier, custom administration, freight forwarder

He should warranty the quality of service of the plant by confirming the most reliable delivery date and to manage the plant team and supplier to reach this target.

2. Key Job Respoibilities/ Activities

2.1 Procurement:

- To calculate the needs for the production

- To purchase or procure the raw material, components and coumable

- To up-date the purchasing and procurement setting in ERP Baan

2.2 Planification:

- To planify the production of the each workshop

- To define the production schedule in according the production capacity and the customer order

- To optimise the stock following the annual target.

2.3 ERP management:

- to eure the following of the Baan procedure for the PO, SO and PO process

- to up-date the distribution and manufacturing module setting

- to create the data base query according with the user request

- to be the expert Baan for Manufacturing and distribution modules

2.4 Warehousing management:

- to manage the store team (incoming, raw-material, component and finish goods)

- to eure the stock reliability

- to eure the incoming control and the bill cheking

- to prepare the component or the raw material for the production

- to prepare the customer order according with the dispatching schedule

- to eure the continuous inventory

2.5 Sale order management:

- to define the forcasting with the sales department

- to confirm the customer order to the sales department (delivery time)

- to manage the return

- to implement the invoicing process

2.6 Customs and tax management:

- to manage the custom operation (import-export)

- to eure the sales taxes reconciliation

- to manage the traport

3. Requriements:

3.1 Engineer with a minimum of 8 yea of supply chain management experience.

3.2 Technical:

- ERP system: planification, procurement & customer order management

- Custom Knowledge (import-export)

- Chinese and International Taxes Knowledge

- Warehousing management (stock evaluation, FIFO. 5S, ...)

3.3 Management:

- Aptitude for team working and challenging.

- With behaviour based on strong commitment, rigour, honesty and exemplarity

- With a well ability to work as part of travee process

3.4 Production team management with the support of production engineer.

3.5 Fluent in English and mandarin.
