职位描述：
Key Job Respoibilities /Activities：
1. Work with sales manager to achieve sales target of the area
在区域经理支持下，完成负责区域的指标
2. Follow up end user, contractor and panel maker, make sure project successful.
跟进区域的最终用户、总包商、盘厂，以最终赢取项目
3. Support existing distributor to develop their business.
支持现有代理商发展业务
4. Develop new distributo in uncovered region
发展新代理商，完善对负责区域的覆盖
5. Organize training of distributo
组织对代理商的培训
6. Help distributo to organize seminar and exhibition
帮助代理商举办推广会
7. Regular reporting to sales manager
按要求提交相应的报告给区域经理
Requirements:
? At least 3 yea work experience with 2 yea experience in direct sales
3年以上销售经验，其中包括2年以上直接跟进客户经验
? Skills in low voltage industry
具备低压电气行业背景
? Good sales & marketing concept and communication skill
良好的销售和沟通技巧
? Team work spirit
团队合作精神
