Based in the Shenzhen office, the HR Supervisor will be mainly respoible for recruitment to fulfill the manpower need of our rapidly growing business. You will also work closely with different departments to implement staff learning and development programs, so as to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

[Your Respoibilities]

As the HR Supervisor, you will:

- Be respoible for recruitment: from job ad posting, CV screening, initial interview and follow up, to the employment offer and the onboarding process;

- Develop effective recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates and reduce the hiring cycle duration;

- Implement campus recruitment and supervise interhip programs;

- Prepare HR reports;

- Work closely with the operatio and back office departments to improve the technical qualificatio of our staff, including administrative support for staff taking AQSIQ/ISOA8000 exams;

- Assist HR and other departments in managing staff performance.

[The Skills We’re Looking For]

- Bachelor’s degree or higher;

- 5 yea experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 yea in recruitment;

- Experience in a relevant industry is preferred (i.e., HR experience in an ipectiocertification body, trading, or FMCG company);

- Detail-oriented peonality with strong initiative and good interpeonal skills;

- Good command of spoken and written English.
