Job Respoibilities: 工作职责

1.Respoible for Quality Benchmarking, re-engineering, cost of Quality, Reliability engineering, customer satisfaction, FMEA by statistics analysis of variance and analysis of mea.

2.Implement and maintain Quality management system.

3.Implement the new quality requirements to the organization smoothly.

4.Manage all levels internal and external audits, including customer audits and provide sharp and cotructive audit reports.

5.Participate in strategic business planning and annual business operatio planning.

6.Participate in project management and supporting for launching new project from quality secto.

7.Uphold and conduct clearly for all the related company procedures (handbook, Safety manual, QS procedure, WI and so on) and discipline to subordinates, and supervise the subordinates and anyone related to Quality doing so.

8.Supervising the all the subordinates performance, coultant to Plant Manager for motivating and evaluation plan in Quality department. Issue the Training Plan, organize the training and verification the training result for all the subordinates and keep reporting to HR department and Plant manager.

9.Maintained good team work environment in Quality department and between departments in a pro-active way.

10.Summary and updating the Quality report –Roadmap External PPM/ to Plant Manager, Included Root Cause analyze and issue the action plan and reporting to Plant Manager for decision.

11.Prepare and Keep updating the SLI report /Quality feedback report in Quality department. Report the open issue, and update states during the Daily Morning meeting.

12.Summary and Keep updating all Quality related To-Do List/ Action Plan plant wise corrective and

preventive action (F.E TS, 6S, LOTO, TPM ) states and report to task force respective and Plant Manager.

13.Organize the Quality internal /External meeting in case need or defined in Quality system coordinate with the relative department for Quality , Prepare the Internal Meeting Memo to meeting member and Plant Manager after meeting.

Essential Requirements: 必要条件

1.A combination of Bachelor’s Degree above in industrial engineering or similar and 3-7 yea of related working experience.

2.Experience in Automotive Industry

3.Baisc Knowledge of ISO/TS.

4.Excellent prioritization skills.

5.Experienced at Quality Core Tools

6.Customer Focus, Initiative, Team work.

7.Capability of multi-tasks handling.

8.Good English skills.

9.Good computer skills.

Advantage Requirements: 优先条件

1.Experience in ISO/TS Audit within International companies.

2.Certified 6-sigma belt.

3.Certified Internal Auditor.
