Job Respoibilities: 工作职责

1. 制定、实施并维护健康、安全和环境管理（HSE）系统的要求.

Establish, implement and maintain health safety and environment management system reqirement

2. 评审和调整健康、安全和环境管理方案，并跟踪实施情况以推动实现公司健康、安全和环境目标指标

Review and maintain health safety and environment management program to achieve our target&object.

3. 支持各跨功能小组（CFT），支持和参与公司各运作环节、新工艺和新项目的健康、安全风险和环境影响因素识别和评估，推动各重大风险和重大影响因素的控制和持续改进。

Support cross function team, including HSE identification and audit in operation, new process ,new program etc. iure significant environmental aspect and significant risk to be improved.

4. 组织健康、安全和环境相关法律法规要求的识别和评估，并保持更新及作合规性评价

Organize applicable legal and other requirement identification and assessment related to health safety and environment, and keep update&evaluation of compliance.

5. 支持和监督健康、安全和环境相关运行控制的建立、实施和改进

Support and monitor HSE operational control, include establishing, implementing and maintaining.

6. 检查和审核工厂健康、安全和环境运行控制情况，衡量HSE绩效并向管理层报告

Develop HSE operational control audit, measure HSE conformance and report to management.

7. 设立新机器/设备/设施HSE审核和批准的变更管理，支持跨功能小组开展HSE评估

Set up new machine/facility HSE audit and authorization management, support CFT to implement HSE evaluation.

8. 推动跨功能小组建立和实施健康、安全和环境应急响应

Monitor CFT to establish and implement HSE emergency respoe.

9. 及时报告所有事故件，参与相关的调查分析，以确保找到根本原因并采取主动的纠正措施.

Report incident and participate in related inquiry and analysis, iure root cause finding, corrective and preventive action taking.

10. 提供必要的健康、安全和环境培训，以支持各部门、跨功能小组的HSE工作开展

Provide necessary HSE training to support department and CFT to act HSE process.

11. 设立不同级别的健康、安全和环境委员会，鼓励员工参与和推动合资厂的持续改进活动，提高人力资源部门的竞争力和客户满意度

Set up HSE organization committee, encourage employee to be part in HSE continuous improvement, enhance HR department customer satisfaction.

12. 提供适当的培训，辅导和支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估，接替计划和其他部门的项目实施

Provide relevant training to assist employee development, HR or other department program implementation.

13. 设备的管理

Requirements: 条件

1. 本科或以上学历，工程类或安全环境类相关专业

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or safety&environment

2.懂基本的设备管理

Knowledge of equipment management

3. 在HSE相关领域有3年及以上的工作经验，制造行业或汽车行业优先

Five yea related experience with EHS, experience in automotive or manufacturing is preferred

4. 掌握和运用健康、安全和环境相关标准、法律法规

Familiar with health safety and environment related laws®ulatio

5. 掌握并熟练运用健康、安全和环境相关识别、评估和控制技术

Familiar with health safety and environment related assessment and control technic

6.善于组织、计划、发现和分析问题根本原因

Good organization, planning analysis and training skill

7.英语交流流利

English communication fluency
