Job Respoibilities: 工作职责

1.Respoible for executing health, safety, and environmental related rules in production in general and keeping continuous attention through the all production processes guarantee all in safe.

2.Respoible for involving business and management principles in strategic production planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

3.Respoible for plant machines and tools, including the desig, uses, repai and maintenance. And maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of the products.

4.Respoible for assisting in department recruitment, selection, training, involving in motivation pla regarding to compeation and benefits, labour relatio and negotiatio.

5.Respoible for assisting customer demands assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation the customer satisfaction.

6.Uphold and conduct clearly for all the related company procedure (handbook, Safety manual, QS procedure, WI and so on) and discipline to subordinates, and supervise the subordinates and anyone in production department doing so.

7.Supervising the all the subordinates performance, coultant to Plant Manager for motivating and evaluation plan in production department. Issue the Training Plan, organize the training and evaluate the training result for all the subordinates and keep reporting to HR department and Plant manager.

8.Respoible for maintaining good team work environment in production department and between departments in a pro-active way.

Essential Requirements: 必要条件

1.College education level in Management, Engineering for new promoted Production Manager.

2.More than 3 yea production manager experience (or equivalence) in a industrial manufacture company or internally more than 2 yea working experience with Recticel Automotive without written warning record working for Recticel.

3.Undetanding the demand and coumption of raw material, production processes, quality control, costs and other related techniques.

4.Practical undetanding of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

5.Experienced in production planning, good working in structure ability. Good see of priority, capable for multitude tasks handling.

6.Customer Focus, Initiative, Team work.

7.Good English skills.

8.Good computer skills.
