Role Statement:
The job incumbent is respoible for the development of the sales (retain, grow and gain) within his/her geographical area of respoibility in line with the company’s policies, procedures and targets. ** Hehe performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.

Job respoibilities:
1. Meet peonal sales target as established
2. Plan, prepare, maintain and evaluate customer contacts.
3. Report results of customer and past & future activities to supervisor on a regular basis.
4. Carry out customized training and workshops.
5. Build contacts with customer and identify and influence decision make / opinion leade.
6. Build contacts with coultancy and technical bureaus to obtain best possible support, within his/her geographical area of respoibility.
7. Monitor and observe markets (competito, customer needs, etc.).
8. Coordinate internal and external communication.
9. Coordinate sales and services activities with internal and external organizatio where related to custome in his/her geographical area of respoibility.
10. Promote BV product portfolio.
11. Eure coultative sales (supported by services).
12. Help developing and possibly implementing sales-stimulating activities (for example direct mail, telemarketing, semina and conventio).
13. Support the development of existing sales information systems as well as sales information.
13.** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), eure the performance aligned with management system.

1. Education: College degree or above, majoring in Food industry is better
2.Working experience: more than 2 year of professional sales experience in food or retail industry
3. Can independently prepare tender document or project plan with the support of technicia
4. Have good learning ability and being optimistic, honest
5. Good oral English
