职位描述:
工作职能:
协助上级经理完成公司相关的行政事务,协助完成公司运营和项目执行的其他工作,控制复杂的公司内部流程。
工作职责
1.人事事务支持,包括新员工入职和对口人事外服公司;
2.财务事务支持,与财务部门接口,处理应收帐户维护、开具发票、报税、对外对内付款等事务;
3.合同流程处理,于公司法务财务等部门接口,使得各类合同及时迅速的签署;
4.进出口报关事务,与外贸公司联系,使得公司进出口设备器材顺利通关;
5.采购流程控制,建立供应商,管理公司工具器材设备的库存;
6.市场活动、客户活动及其他行政事务支持。
应聘要求
1.全日制大专以上学历,财会、外贸、工商管理专业优先;
2.良好的的英语对话写作能力;
3.两年以上相关工作经验。
ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST II
JOB FUNCTION:
Under minimal supervision, performs administrative support functio and a wide variety of administrative duties. Assists in coordinating schedules and performing special tasks as needed. Resolves complicated and seitive questio and problems.
JOB RESPOIBILITIES:
1.HR related, such as new employee onboarding and communicate with HR vendor;
2.Finance issues related, including maintain AR, invoice, tax report, payment etc.
3.Contracts related, including communicate with Finance, Legal department and get prompt approval;
4.Importing/exporting issues, including work together with importing companies and get equipment passed thru customs smoothly;
5.Purchase activities, including supplier set-up, company asset management and inventory control;
6.Support marketing events and customer semina etc.
HIRE-IN
1.Minimum college education with major in accounting, foreign trade, business administration;
2.Good English speaking and writing ability;
3.Two yea related work experience.
