Work Location: Naha Guangzhou (广州南沙区）

Key respoibilities:

-Delivering DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Green Belt, Black Belt or champion training for industrial clients

-Coaching and mentoring to clients' DFSS Green Belt and Black Belt candidates

-Partnering with client spoo to support, lead, and drive engineering excellence projects and other related Design Innovation initiatives

-Coulting on the leadehip and management of change initiatives, communicatio, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally

-Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget

-Promote “Six Sigma Methodology” in factory as tool for continuous improvement

Requirements

- Bachelor' s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, and Electrical)

- At least 7 yea of working experience in 6 sigma project management in multi - national manufacturing field, experience with Electronics industry would be an Advantage

-Strong background in risk management within complex commercial products and systems environment

- Good knowledge in six sigma, MTBF, HALT, ALT, HASS, Burn-in, ORT, FMEA, DOE, WCA, design reviews, modulling, failure analysis

- With Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a reputable organization

-Coaching knowledge of DFSS, Set Based Desig, Reliability Tools & Techniques, etc

-Good teamwork and communication skills

-Good command of spoken and written English
