Set and achieve day-to-day objectives that have some impact on othe within the job area.
Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to othe within the organization or external parties with common desire and shared interests to reach solution.
Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.
Problems and issues may be only vaguely defined and require undetanding and coideration of other disciplines and job areas.
Carrying out risk evaluation in the quotation phase on the basis of customer-related quality requirements (requirement specification or customer requirements), taking existing processes and methods into
account; indicating critical quality requirements and reliability risks and deriving alternatives
Preparing and updating quality planning documents for product development and process planning taking existing processes and methods into account up to handover to Quality Assurance (quality product/customer).
Coordinating initial samples ipectio for the customer, preparing the initial sample ipection report according to customer requirements and presenting the initial samples for customer approval; carrying out device release on the basis of quality pla and proofs (test reports).
Agreeing device-specific test features and methods with the customer.
Drawing up and arranging for the necessary corrective measures in the event of quality-related deviatio in cooperation with the project team and monitoring the implementation.
Identification and, if appropriate, escalation of relevant quality problems - which cannot be solved by the project team – to the adequate management level in agreement with those respoible, involvement of their superior if necessary.
Analyzing quality-related requirements (drawings, customer's specification etc.) for internal and external supplie for completeness and plausibility.
Preparing and supporting project reviews and project audits from quality side; monitoring the resulting measures.
Euring that defined quality methods are kept in development; methodical accompaniment and itruction of the project team in the respective quality techniques.
Euring that special characteristics are identified, coordinated and agreed with the customer; euring complete markings; monitoring and documenting in cooperation with those respoible for Q-product / customer and Q-planner / purchased parts.
Integration of internal and external services provided, taking customer requirements into account.
Processing complaints before SOP and working out remedial measures in cooperation with those respoible.
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics (Polytechnic) and Electrical Engineering.
Over 2 yea related experience.
Technologies Qualification: APQP, FMEA, PPAP etc.
Fluent english communication.
