职位描述:
1. Production planning and follow up according to customer demand and production capacity根据客户需求和生产能力负责生产计划的制定并跟踪。
2. Assuring a 100%-uninterruptible supply with finished parts required for customer production
保证成品部件无间断供应客户生产线。
3. Safety stock of finished parts implementation, control of stock level and supervision of inventory成品件安全库存执行,库存级别的控制,盘点的监督。
4. Take lead technical change in Logistics department and stock verification
主导负责物流部门的技术变更以及库存查验。
5. Shortage management and usage of emergency strategies to assure in time delivery of finished parts
货物短缺管理,采用紧急预案保证成品件及时交货。
6. Handle and follow up claims for finished parts.
处理并跟踪成品部件的索赔相关适宜。
7. Finished parts package improvement to meet warehouse layout.
成品部件包装优化以改进库房布局。
8. Create and optimize work procedure and other related documents
创建并优化工作流程和其他相关文件。
9. Third party management and assessment
第三方管理和评估。
10.Internal communicate and follow up as per customer demand change, and make sure production capacity could meet changed demand.
根据客户需求变更进行内部沟通和跟踪,确保生产能力能够满足客户需求。
11. Build up good communication with customer material planner to eure qualified Logistics performance.与客户物料计划员建立良好的沟通联系确保物流高绩效
12. Delivery related document and labels prepare

岗位要求:
More than 3y production planning work experience
3年以上生产计划工作经验
Knowledge of TS16949
具备TS16949知识
Excellent SAP knowledge
优秀的SAP知识
Good communication and organization abilities
良好的沟通、组织能力
Fluent English
